Make Grilled Chicken at Home in Oven

INGREDIENTS-

  1. Chilli Powder:- 1 tsp.
  2. Cumin Powder:- 1 tsp.
  3. Coriander Powder:- 1 tsp.
  4. Garlic powder:- 1 tsp.
  5. Salt:- 1 tsp.
  6. Black Pepper:- 1 tsp.
  7. Oil:- 1/3 cup.
  8. Mustard paste:- 2 tbsp.
  9. Lemon juice:- 2 tbsp.

METHOD-

  1. Preheat pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl mix garlic powder, cumin powder, coriander powder paprika, salt, pepper, and oil. Mix until combined.
  3. Rub mixture nicely over both sides of the Chicken.
  4. Place chicken on the pan and grill each side for 4 to 7 mixture depending on thickness or until no longer pink.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes and then it is served.
